Menu Plan ~ Feb 12 - 25

It's time for another menu plan!  I am a little late on this one.  We just sat around relaxing on Sunday and Monday got busy doing other stuff.  So I didn't actually get my plan & shopping done until today.  I am including what we ate starting with Sunday, mostly for my own knowledge.

Sunday:  Chili & Cornbread (Almond Meal Bread for me)
Monday: Beef & Broccoli, Brown Rice
Tuesday: Salmon Patties (from the Better Homes & Gardens ~ New Cook Book, pg 292), Biscuits & Green Salad
Wednesday: Scalloped Potato Meal, Sauteed Asparagus
Thursday: Roast Chicken, Quinoa, Green Beans
Friday: Falafel, Hummus, Pita Bread & Green Salad (This has been on the menu for a while, and I keep skipping it because it's work. I'm determined this week.)
Saturday: 


Sunday: Chicken Noodle Soup, Fresh Bread
Monday: Black Beans & Rice
Tuesday: Pepperoni Pizza
Wednesday: Baked Potatoes w/ Broccoli & Cheese
Thursday: Black Bean & Beef Meatloaf, Quinoa, Veggie
Friday: Women's Retreat ~ Bug will be with my mom and Nyal is on his own.
Saturday: Women's Retreat ~ Bug will be with my mom and Nyal is on his own.
(I'll probably figure out something simple Nyal can make himself if he chooses to, but he might end up eating out too.)
