I don't know why getting my menu plan onto the blog is so difficult. I menu plan almost every week, but do you see it up here every week? Nope. It doesn't get here.
Anyways, here is this week's plan. We are without the kiddo until Friday evening! My mom is taking him on a road trip to the Redwood Forest and the Northern Cali beach. They'll also be stopping at the Wildlife Safari and then they hopefully will be riding the dune buggies in Florence, OR on the way back. The hubby and I are a little jealous. We'll be enjoying some good food without him though!

FRIDAY: Hummus, Pita Bread, Tabouli, Falafel
SATURDAY: Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
