Weekly Menu Plan ~ Sept 29, 2013

Time to get back into the swing of things after spending a week and half in Anchorage, AK!  I went shopping today to fill up my fridge and pantry (and forgot a number of things, of course). After eating out for almost every meal, I'm ready to get my family back to eating healthy meals with lots of vegetables! 



Sunday:
B: OYO {on your own}

D: Split Pea and Turkey Ham Soup, Biscuits

Monday: 
B: Oatmeal / Almond Porridge
L: Leftover Soup & Biscuits
D: Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala, Sauteed Kale & Brown Rice/Cauliflower Rice
*make tortillas, Apple MuffinsCoconut Flour Carrot Zucchini Muffins

Tuesday: 
B: Yogurt, Muffins
L: Turkey Wraps, Carrot Sticks, Apple Slices
D: Baked Potatoes w/ Broccoli & Cheese

Wednesday: 
B: Eggs & Fried Potatoes
L: Turkey Wrap / Slow Cooker Jalapeno Pineapple Drumsticks, Cucumber Slices
D: Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Brown Rice/Cauliflower Rice & Salad
*make Grapenuts & Cinnamon Honey Almond Cereal

Thursday: 
B: Homemade Cereal & Bananas
L: Egg Salad Sandwich / Egg Salad w/ Celery, Apple Slices, Muffins
D: Dinner Out / Concert!

Friday: 
B: Yogurt & Muffins
L: Meatballs, Carrot Sticks & Pear Slices
D: Honey & Pecan Glazed Salmon, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad, & Grain Free Apple Crisp
*make Apple, Ginger, Spice Scones (Grain Free) & Oatmeal Maple Scones

Saturday: 
B: Scones, Eggs & Sausage
D: Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
