Weekly Menu Plan ~ October 6


This week's menu is easy and simple as we head into our first week of school. I'm also trying to use up as much freezer/pantry stockpile as possible.

Sunday:
B: OYO {on your own}
L: OYO
D: I'm still deciding ~ thinking about breakfast for dinner!

Monday: 
B: Oatmeal / Almond Porridge
L: Sweet & Sour Meatballs & Rice / Meatballs, Carrot Sticks, Apple Slices
D: Taco Soup, Tortilla Chips

Tuesday: 
B: Eggs & Toast / Eggs & Sweet Potato Hash
L: Chicken or Tuna Salad Sandwich / Salmon, Celery Sticks
D: Baked Potatoes, Broccoli & Cheese

Wednesday: 
B: Muffins & Yogurt
L: Leftover Taco Soup
D: Chicken Stir-Fry & Rice

Thursday: 
B: Eggs & Fried Potatoes
L: Chicken Salad Sandwich / Chicken Salad, Celery Sticks
D: Salmon Patties, Roasted Broccoli & Quinoa

Friday: 
B: Oatmeal / Almond Porridge
L: Leftover Stir-Fry / Almonds, Cheese, Crackers, Apple Slices, Carrot Sticks
D: Lamb Roast, Veggie (Brussels Sprouts if I can get out to find some!) and Mashed Potatoes

Saturday: 
B: Waffles
D: Leftovers
