Menu Plan ~ March Part 2

Here we go for the second part of March! Can't believe I'm already thinking about April stuff! Life just seems to be going faster and faster! We've been busy with swimming, piano, paper route, and family activities. Bug is taking a Junior Lifeguard Class next week and he starts baseball the first week of April! There are just a couple weeks until Passover and the Spring Holy Day season that comes with it's own busyness.

It's a great time of year though! The sun sets later and gives us time to do more in the evenings. We find more reasons to get outside to have fun. And lets not forget the spring veggies that are on their way!



There were a few things from the last menu that didn't get made. So they've been pushed onto this one. :)


  • Homemade Pizza
  • Honey & Pecan Salmon & Roasted Asparagus
  • Quesadillas & Rice
  • Slow Cooker Enchilada Casserole & Salad with Sour Cream & Avocado
  • Baked Potatoes with Bacon, Roasted Broccoli & Cheese (sweet potato for me)
  • Waffles (& grain-free for me) & Fruit
  • Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
  • Beef & Broccoli with Rice
  • Chicken Spring Rolls & Pho
  • Beef Stroganoff & Pasta, salad
  • Coconut Chicken Curry Soup
  • Nachos Supreme
