Menu Plan ~ New Recipes!

Yes, I skipped a week. I just wasn't able to get it put together and struggled all week on what to make! Not this week! I won't let it happen this week!

I've got a lot of stuff on the menu this week that I haven't made before! I'm excited by this and I hope it won't be too overwhelming for me! I'm looking forward to using my slow cooker more though! It's time to find some slow cooker recipes I like {and can eat}!

Sunday: Spinach, Mushroom & Mozzarella Cheese Frittata and Toast

Monday: Slow Cooker Chicken, Slow Cooker Spicy Carrots (from Paleolithic Slow Cooker - Free for Kindle right now!), and ?? {unknown carb for the boys}

Tuesday: Stuffed Acorn Squash (minus the panko/broth & fennel; beef instead of turkey)

Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Soup (w/ homemade noodles), biscuits - maybe?

Thursday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tikki Masala, rice / cauliflower rice, green beans with coconut & garlic

Friday: Homemade Pizza (w/ grain-free pizza crust for me!), Green Salad

Saturday:  Potluck dinner with friends ~ but not sure what yet!
